Since entering the dental field in 2008, Courtney has had the privilege of working in both the back and front office. She feels this experience in the field better helps her help you, our patients! At Smile Secrets, Courtney spent the first 2 years in the office; creating the schedule, coordinating insurances, greeting patients in person and on the phone, and collecting payments. During that time her family has grown and she is now working behind the scenes from home. Courtney is now strictly an insurance specialist; focusing on patient estimates, creating claims and making sure they are processed & closed in a timely matter.
When she is not working, Courtney spends time watching her daughter grow and learn, reading and exploring the PNW with her husband, Charleigh, and puppies! They have 2 rescued pit bulls and they love to get out of the house whenever possible.
As a relatively recent dental hygiene graduate from Pierce College, Kristin has been ecstatic to begin her career as health care professional, advocate, educator and motivator to our patients. Her passion for this field arises from her love for helping others and a true sense of feeling she can make a difference.
Though Kristin’s life has been mainly focused on her education for several years, she still found time to snuggle with her two dogs as well as relax with friends and family playing games or watching movies; action and comedies are her favorite. Kristin is a true homebody at heart, but when she gets out, she loves to travel. There are so many places she would love to explore and she is excited to see where she will go next.
Beyond beginning her new career, Kristin is excited to grow as an individual and live to the fullest potential. She enjoys working with the team of Smile Secrets and she loves making a difference in the oral health of our patients.
